Charge amounts explained

Sitey has two billing terms; monthly billing and annual billing. 

We do from time to time receive requests to convert accounts to monthly bills as the annual plan has been selected by accident on signup. If this applies to you, please email our billing team and they will convert your account to monthly billing and refund the difference from your initial payment. If you feel you have been charged too much, overcharged or over billed please contact us and we can quickly convert the account to your desired billing term and refund the difference.

If your account has come up for renewal please consider the following points prior to contacting us:

  • Any discount received on your first payment applies to the first term only, renewal prices are without introductory discounts
  • By default accounts are set for auto-renewal to prevent disruption to your website, this can be turned off at your request
  • Auto-renewal payment is attempted 15 days prior to the renewal date
